Nestled just minutes from the Buffalo National River, this serene cabin in Saint Joe, Arkansas offers a peaceful getaway with easy access to scenic overlooks, hiking trails, and river adventures. With cozy interiors, thoughtful touches, and plenty of space for up to eight guests, it’s the perfect home base for outdoor lovers and groups seeking relaxation and exploration.
We stayed at this cute cabin while we explored Gilbert, Arkansas (the coolest town in Arkansas) and the surrounding Buffalo National River region.
We enjoyed this cozy cabin AND the fire pit outside! It is the perfect place for a quiet getaway or a Buffalo River Adventure!

2. Cabin in Mountain View, Arkansas
Add this vacation rental in Mountain View to your list! Our family spent the weekend here and it was perfect. This is the Serenity Cabin at Mountain View RV Park and Guest Motel. They have 2 cabins like this. They are about $130/ night, it’s in a very quiet location and RIGHT next to downtown!
It’s also minutes from the Ozark Folk Center State Park and the Dulcimer Shop (which is a required visit when in Mountain View 
).
This is a one bedroom, one bathroom cabin with a full kitchen and a beautiful view. It was PERFECT for our family! (The kids slept like babies on the pullout couch.)
Also, as you probably guessed by their name, they have an RV park with full hookups and hotel rooms! So, will definitely have something that is perfect for you.
