Well, that depends. Some people say that elk tastes better than beef because it’s more flavorful and it’s lean.
Personally, I’m a beef lover but, since it’s easy to replace beef with elk in almost any recipe, it’s easy to fall in love with elk.

Elk meat contains less fat than beef so it’s a healthier option and that’s always good.
You can easily replace the beef in your cooking with elk without changing the flavor of your dish.
So, in short, I’d say that elk tastes better than beef and it’s a healthier option. Elk gets two thumbs up from me!
