Buckville is a primitive camping area located on the north end of Lake Ouachita. There is no charge for camping at these areas. Amenities include pit toilets, concrete tables, lantern post, ground grill, pedestal grill, boat ramp. –source

Rabbit Trail Primitive Camping is in Jessieville, AR and is located on Lake Ouachita. It is a free is stay overnight here. There are no restrooms but there are trash services.
4. Big Fir Primitive Camping -FREE
Big Fir Campground is a primitive campground on the northwest end of Lake Ouachita. This small campground is one of the most out of the way and secluded campgrounds on the lake. The 50 or so campsites here are all non-electric and primitive. There is a boat ramp and restrooms within the park. Off of Hwy 188 on the west side of the lake. Look for the sign.source
